Linda Sue (Fennell) Cannon
Linda Sue (Fennell) Cannon, 77, of Kokomo, passed away Friday, August 23, 2024, at Community North Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born August 21, 1947, in Kokomo, IN, the daughter of Harold and Mary (Orr) Fennell. Linda graduated from Sharpsville-Prairie High School in 1965. She was active in twirling and cheerleading in high school. She went on to become a beautician for 58 years and continued her work through July 2024. She loved her customers, and they were some of her best friends. She married Richard Cannon on January 18, 1969, and he survives.
Linda loved spending time with her family, gardening, sewing, knitting, and mowing her yard. She had been a member of the Tipton County Home Econ Clubs. She will be remembered for putting others before herself.
In addition to her husband of 55 years, Linda is survived by her children, Matt (Karol) Cannon of Sharpsville, IN, Jenny (Brian Cusick) Cannon of Portland, OR; grandsons, Ryan Cannon, Adam Cannon; brother, Mike (Connie) Fennell; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Sue and Hugh Wyrick, Beth and Ed Snavely; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to visit with the family from 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at Stout & Son Funeral Home – Russiaville Chapel, 200 E. Main St. Russiaville, IN 46979. Funeral service will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday August 28, 2024, at the funeral home with Rick Keck officiating. Burial will follow in Sharpsville Cemetery. Nancy Jane Kenyon
Nancy Jane Kenyon, 77, of Kokomo, Indiana, passed away August 23, 2024. She was born on December 18, 1946, in Kokomo, Indiana, the daughter of Harold E. and Dora M. Allison (Curran). She married Harvey Wayne Kenyon who preceded her in death.
Nancy enjoyed traveling, crocheting, and spending time with family.
Surviving relatives include four sons, Tony Wayne Kenyon of Kokomo, IN; Kevin Lynn Kenyon (Stephanie) of Kokomo, IN; Bryan Scott Kenyon of Port Richey, FL; grandchildren, Alexander Kenyon; Katelyn Kenyon and Alannah Kenyon.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son Curtis Lamar Kenyon.
Visitation will be 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM Thursday, August 29, 2024, at Ellers Mortuary & Cremation Center. Janet Lillian Miller
Janet Lillian Miller, 85, of Russiaville, passed away at 9:46 a.m. on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo. She was born February 19, 1939, in Howard County, to William A. and Evelyn Pauline (Miller) Martin. On December 24, 1964, she married Ted Miller, and he survives.
Janet graduated from Western High School in 1957 and worked as a bookkeeper for Martin Brothers Appliances until her retirement. While in high school, she was a member of the singing group, “The 3 J’s,” and later in life she enjoyed bowling leagues, baking, camping, and traveling. She was able to travel Holland to visit her exchange daughter in the Netherlands. Janet loved the Lord and had a committed relationship with Jesus Christ. She attended Main Street Christian Church in Russiaville and watched numerous other churches online. She was very family oriented and prioritized relationships with her family, cherishing time spent with her children and grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, survivors include her children, Deb (Brian) Crussel, Monica (Jeff) Feilen, and Ted Miller; exchange daughter, Agnes (Yawar Rahimi) Kroes; grandchildren, Ashley (Chris) Archie, Branden (Kaitlyn) Crussel, Seth (Lindsey) Crussel, Joshua (Sadie) Feilen, Deborah (Leeland) Shaw, Corban Wuebker, Dylan Wuebker, Ava Feilen, Samantha (Gabe) Bennett, and Jacob (Haley) Miller; great-grandchildren, Presley Archie, Peyton Archie, Theo Crussel, Sage Crussel, John Crussel, Elizabeth Shaw, Makkenzie Shaw, Emmalynn Shaw, Hannah Shaw, and Hazel Feilen; brother, Billy (Wanda) Martin; niece, Kelly (Dwayne) Carter; and nephew, Derek J. Martin.
She was preceded in death by her parents; grandchildren, Olivia Feilen, Lily Wuebker, and Mason Wuebker; and great-grandson, Parker Archie.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, August 30, 2024, at Stout & Son Funeral Home, 200 E. Main St., Russiaville, with Pastors Billy Martin and Jamie Lyon officiating. Burial will follow in Russiaville Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit with the family from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
