This untimed, family-friendly 5K is full of treats for all ages. There will be a costume contest to win prizes, a Monster Mini run for kids 10 and under, a 5K that you can walk or run, and a post-run party that includes a candy crawl with our main vendor, ONE Church, food trucks, vendors, and music. You do not need to be a runner to join in on the fun. Strollers and walkers are welcome on the course. We’re dog-friendly, so your 4-legged friends can join, too. Costumes are encouraged but not required.

Kokomo Community Concerts is starting off its 2024-2025 season with a bang, with the group Street Corner Symphony. This five-member a cappella ensemble was the 2010 runner-up on NBC’s “Sing Off”.
The Nashville-based group’s repertoire includes a wide range of genres, from gospel to rock to pop, including “Johnny B Goode,” “It’s Alright,” “Hey, Soul Sister,” “Ain’t No Sunshine,” “Viva Las Vegas,” and “Down on the Corner.”
The concert will be held Sunday, September 22, at 2:30 p.m., at the Kokomo High School auditorium, 2501 S. Berkley Rd.
This concert is only the beginning of Kokomo Community Concerts’ five-concert season, which will also feature Jared Freiburg & the Vagabonds, pianist Gilles Vonsattel, Broadway’s Jeremy Stolle, and Jim Witter singing Billy Joel favorites.
