Kids swarmed the Firefly Stage at the Kokomo Howard County Public Library on July 11 for a Foam Happy party. Hundreds frolicked through the suds and sun.

The event was broken up into age categories, allowing the kids a little more freedom as they dove through soapy clouds. Some wore the bubbles as hats. Others became so covered with foam that they appeared to be pint-sized Abominable Snowmen.

Once the kids were done, the library held Foam Happy session for dogs. It is difficult to tell who enjoyed the event more.
