Everyone is invited to Indiana Wesleyan University’s free “Level Up Leadership” virtual series on the first Thursday of every month at 11 a.m.

This year, the Level Up Leadership series will expand to weekly sessions with the Kokomo Thriving Center as part of the Thriving Entrepreneurs Coaching Program, powered by the Indiana Economic Development Corporation. The first Thursday sessions will continue to be focused on broad leadership topics selected by the current Leadership Kokomo cohort members.

The additional Thursdays will feature continued leadership training in addition to open conversations (group coaching) on contemporary leadership and entrepreneurship themes for businesses, nonprofits, and community initiatives. These virtual sessions are free and open to anyone to join.

The series kicks off the 2024–2025 year on October 3 at 11 a.m., with national speaker and author Haley Gray on “The Mindset of Leaders,”

Gray is the founder of In2itive Biz Solutions, bringing more than 25 years of experience in computer programming and a Duke University MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation to help businesses grow strategically. After successfully building and selling her own home care agency, Haley now focuses on supporting small businesses with customized strategies for marketing, website development, SEO, and sales funnels. She also founded the Women’s Entrepreneur Network on Facebook, creating a vibrant community for more than 80,000 business owners.

What sets Haley apart is her holistic approach, blending technical expertise with healing practices like Reiki and European Shamanism, ensuring that her solutions resonate on a deeper level with clients. Committed to education and long-term success, Haley acts as a strategic partner to her clients, helping them create sustainable growth by aligning their business goals with effective, intuitive strategies.
