Kokomo Musicale to award $1,000 scholarship

Kokomo Musicale is offering its annual Bernice Haynes Hillis Music Award. This award of $1,000 shall be given to a graduating senior whose legal residence is in Howard County. The award is based on the applicant’s scholarship, musical talent, musical activities in school and in the community, and future musical plans.
